Sir or Madam,
This
letter is to notify you about a problem I am having with the coffee machine
that I bought at your shop on September 29th. I am dissatisfied with
your product because your product has not performed well. I discovered that the
coffee machine keeps shutting down by itself every couple of second after I
turn it on. I have attached a photocopy of my receipt as proof of purchase.
The
condition of the product was your responsibility up to the point I received it
and accordingly I am entitled to a refund along with a refund of all delivery
costs. I would request that you confirm in the next 3 days that you will
provide this remedy and that you will cover the cost of the defective product
being returned to you.
I
look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.
